The room was romantic, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Complimentary breakfast was a dream. Venice is larger than expected, but the Water Bus makes transportation easy.

This hotel offers great value for money with its spacious rooms and attention to detail. The rooms are nicely furnished with a mobile bed installed, allowing you to customize your sleeping arrangements. The best part is the beautiful view from the balcony, which is included at no extra cost. Additionally, the breakfast options are impressive, including eggs and a variety of other items.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Nicolo Priuli. The staff was helpful, going above and beyond to assist with tour bookings and providing directions. The room was beautifully decorated with vintage furniture and had a charming view of a small canal and church tower. The location was perfect, just a short walk to St Mark's Square and the vaporetto stops. The breakfast room in the Friulli Palace was lovely, and the breakfast itself was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic Venice experience.

The hotel's location near all the main attractions in the city center was ideal for exploring the city. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and had an excellent view over the canal. The hotel provided free Wi-Fi, a nice bonus.
